Setup

Three things, then it answers.

There is no training, no flow builder, and no decision tree to draw. If you can write down what you already tell people, you can set this up.

You cannot do this yet

The three steps below describe how setup will work, not something you can do today. There is no product to sign into and no channel to connect yet. If you want to hear when there is,join the waitlist.

  1. Connect a channel

    Telegram takes about two minutes and needs no approval. WhatsApp goes through Meta's official connection, which keeps your number working as a normal phone and in your WhatsApp Business app.

  2. Paste in what you already say

    Opening hours, prices, where to park, your cancellation policy, the five questions you answer every day. Paste text, upload a document, or point it at a page on your site. It only ever answers from this. Add your services and how long each takes, and it can book them too.

  3. Watch the first few

    Everything it sends is in your console. Anything it was unsure about is flagged for you rather than guessed at, so the ones worth reading are the ones it marks.

What happens to a message

It waits a moment, on purpose.

1Your customer messages you.
2It waits a few seconds to see if they are still typing. People send three short messages, not one long one.
3It looks through your notes for an answer. If it does not find one, it stops here and tells you.
4It replies once, in the language they wrote in, in a sentence or two.
5If they sound unhappy, or ask for a person, or mention a refund, it hands the conversation straight to you.

If you reply yourself from your own phone, it notices and stays quiet. It will not talk over you.
